Individuals in this position generally supervise multiple audit assignments with 1-5 staff members working on each job. This position reports directly to a Department Head and includes responsibility for all audit matters for a portion of the abreast of technical matters and efficiently and effectively applying applicable new developments in their technical field to internal audits or projects. This position requires a proactive client focus in order to help prevent control breakdowns. The Audit Manager generally has 6 plus years experience and clearly demonstrates proficiency in performing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously. Six plus years of audit experience in either Public Accounting or Internal Audit. Preferred industries - Financial Service, Banking or Insurance industry experience. A CPA, CIA is a plus. BS degree required. Travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally. Audit Supervisor * The Audit Supervisor oversees audit staff during audits and control consulting engagements that evaluate corporate management and operating practices. * The Audit Supervisor oversees audit planning, field work and audit reporting; and Prepare reports communicating findings and recommendations to line and senior management test work. * The Audit Supervisor will review Lotus Notes Audit Workpapers prepared by audit staff ensuring sound audit theory and compliance with the department’s methodology. * The Audit Supervisor will be responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and responsible for the development of audit staff and the completion of performance evaluations. * Supervisors ensure that reviews are completed in compliance with the Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards. * The candidate requires good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research and communications skills. * They must be able to effectively work with new and changing situations, including new industry regulations, where there may not always be a readily apparent solution. * The Audit Supervisor must be able to view controls issues and concerns from the perspective of both the Audit Committee and Senior Management. * The candidate must be capable of presenting results to senior management. Participate in various special projects. BS/BA preferred. Four plus years of audit experience in either Public Accounting or Internal Audit. Preferred industries - Financial Service, Banking or Insurance industry experience. A CPA, CIA is a plus. Travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally. Senior Auditor This individual participates in reviews of business processes and controls. The candidate should clearly demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and testing internal controls and in applying audit skills. The Senior Auditor can be relied upon to independently perform portions of an audit in accordance with Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards. They may serve as an in-charge auditor for less complex assignments. The candidate will be required to make recommendations to management. The candidate requires good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research and writing skills. BSBA degree required. Three plus years of Audit experience preferred in public accounting or internal audit. Preferred industries - Financial Service, Banking or Insurance industry experience. A CPA, CIA is a plus. Travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally Information Technology Audit Supervisor Using the Division methodology the Senior IT Auditor clearly demonstrates proficiency in performing and supervising technical audits in accordance with Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards. He/she is proficient at staying abreast of technical matters and efficiently and effectively applying applicable new developments in their technical field to internal audits or projects. This position requires a proactive client focus in order to help prevent control breakdowns. The individual in this position generally has 4 plus years of highly specialized technical experience and clearly demonstrates proficiency in applying that experience to evaluate and test internal controls in audits of highly technical nature which cannot be covered by the general audit staff. BS degree required. Travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally. Senior Information Technology Auditor The Senior IT Auditor applies skills using the Division methodology. The Senior IT Auditor can be relied upon to independently perform portions of an audit in accordance with Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards. They may serve as an in-charge auditor for less complex assignments. The candidate will be required to make recommendations to management. The candidate requires good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research and writing skills. This individual participates in reviews of IT processes and controls. The individual in this position generally has a minimum of 3 years of highly specialized technical experience and clearly demonstrates proficiency in applying that experience to evaluate and test internal controls in audits of a highly technical nature which cannot be covered by the general audit staff. Travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally. BS/BA Preferred 3 plus years audit or equivalent Information Technology Auditor The IT Auditor applies skills using the Division methodology. He/she can be relied upon to independently perform technical portions of an audit in accordance with Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards. He/she may serve as an in-charge auditor on assignments within his/her area of technical expertise and provides technical consultation to audit and line staff. The individual in this position generally has 2 to 6 years highly specialized technical experience and clearly demonstrates proficiency in applying that experience to evaluate and test internal controls in audits of a highly technical nature which cannot be covered by the general audit staff.
